FACTORY MANAGER

Established since 2006 Bodia has started its activities by opening sheltering cocooning Spas (www.bodia-spa.com) in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh proposing an authentic vision of relaxation in a modernly designed Cambodian Spa. In order to guaranty the quality of its treatment Bodia has created its own line of natural products made in Cambodia that promotes the local know-hows and uses local resources under the brand Bodia Cambodian Apothecary (www.bodia.com).
No wadays, Bodia is selling its products all around Cambodia through a network of boutiques, Spa and distributors. It gained the recognition of customers due to the attention paid to the origins of ingredients and the quality of the final products.
The production unit is located outside of Phnom Penh in Prek Kampeus district and operate a workshop of 500sqm in a the middle of a natural environment employing about 20 people spread between production and stock management.
In order to support and develop its production, Bodia is seeking for a Factory Manager.
Duration: Initial contract length is 1 years

Scope of work:
„X The Factory Manager should be the key person to ensure a smooth cooperation between different teams involved in the production of Bodia products. She/he makes the link between Raw Material stocks, production achievements and quality control before products get ready to be sent to customers.
„X She/ he is in charge of the factory administrative and budget smooth operation. Equipment, staff, security shall fall under her / his supervision.
᠐ ; 7; Under her/his supervision, the production shall run smoothly and no shortage shall occur in any phase of the production process
„X In continuous production development process, the factory manager shall conduct the design and implementation of adapted production apparel based on company's expansion.

Functi ons & responsibilities:
P roduction:
„X Organize production through planning and reports to make sure objectives are reached.
„X S upervise the workers assignment in order to achieve an optimum productivity.
ɨ ; 07; Control availability of raw materials stock in order to support the targeted production.
„X ; Supervise the COGS in order to have constant reduction policy through raw material cost, storage, equipment, process improvement, staff training etc¡K
„X Obser ve the finished products stock in case unexpected order arrives and coordinate with production and management to trigger an outstanding production request out from production planning.
„X Control and monitor that stock team properly organize and store the products (raw material & Finished goods).
„X Ha ndle production line to reach the industrial level. (source machine supplier, imagine new line)
„X Esta blish maintenance organization, control maintenance worker and external workshop.
„X Able to design, build and repair machine/technical system in cooperation with local workshop.

Quality:
᠐ ; 7; Supervise & train the Quality assistant.
„X Double check final documentation and analysis report made by Quality assistant.
„X Monitor production team and quality assistant to ensure that each batch has the proper documentation record (tracking number, RM tracking, Production Sheets, Instruction Documents).
„X ; Follow up closely with Quality assistant that safety and security processes for staff are implemented.
᠐ ; 7; Follow up & implement correction for quality issues improvement (research of solution, training of staff, cost management¡K)

Adm i n & HR:
„X Recrui t necessary production team members in order to ensure a smooth production at all times based on seasonal demand.
„X Ma intain updated the working roster and the working time records of his/ her team, prepare salaries of factory team.
„X Chec k daily expenses of factory to optimize the productivity and operation costs:
o Staff : Daily / monthly worker, OT¡K
o Expenses: Consumable + Electricity monitoring, maintenance etc¡K

R&D:
ɨ 0; 7; Control production formula are properly recorded and applied in production documents.
„X Follow up with R&D project already started and lead them to production.

Candi date profile:
The qualified candidate will have the following experience;
„X ; Engineering education and experience
„X Perfect English speaking / writing / reading
„X Ex cellent knowledge on Excel, Word, Emailing, Quickbook
„X Very organized

UN(E) ASSISTANT(E) ADMINISTRATIF(VE) SALON H’EXPO / PUBLICATIONS (H/F) EN CDD (2 MOIS MINIMUM)

H’Prom, filiale de l’Union sociale pour l’habitat, gère et développe :
le salon H’Expo, adossé au Congrès Hlm, les régies publicitaires d’Actualités Habitat et de l’Annuaire Hlm, les abonnements à Actualités Habitat, les ventes des autres publications de l’USH, la Sélection Hlm des produits, services et solutions pour la construction et la gestion du patrimoine des organismes Hlm.

Missions générales :

• Participation à l’organisation du salon H’Expo 2019
- Saisir les coordonnées de sociétés identifiées pour la prospection
- Apporter les corrections aux adresses du fichier de prospection de février / traiter les NPAI
- Uniformiser la saisie des coordonnées des exposants sur la plateforme d’inscription Lomitko
- Renseigner le fichier d’implantation des stands
- Faire les envois d’Annuaires Hlm papier
- Classer les factures pro-forma au fur et à mesure des inscriptions
- Filtrer les appels des exposants

• Participation aux missions du pôle Publications (abonnements)
- Saisir les abonnements sur l’outil Gesab
- Générer les preuves d’abonnement (export de la base, champs de fusion)
- Classer les abonnements de l’année en cours
- Traiter les retours en NPAI.

• Autres missions :
- Aider à la campagne de prospection de l’annuaire Hlm papier 2019 ainsi que pour le suivi des ventes
- Aider à l’archivage des dossiers

Type de contrat et rémunération :
- Poste à pourvoir à partir du 4 mars 2019
- Contrat à Durée Déterminée sur deux mois minimum
- Salaire brut mensuel de 1 784 €
